Said his name was John Carter and that he was from the Federal Reserve Bank and had a check for me for 3.5 Million dollars. I said I don' t want it as I know this is a scam. Then I hung up on him.

called me 5-19-15 said he was with publishers clearing house and to hold on so he could get with the ups driver to deliver the my package to my house .... 1. he did not know my address 2. he wanted my personal info
BEWARE although not a good scammer ... he is still a scam ... some what laughable
Called me several times at 1AM. Woke me up. I answered but they never said anything. I could just hear breathing every time I answered. The next time I let it go to voicemail.
A woman called saying she wss with publisher clearing house. We were suppose to get a money order for $430 an wait for the arrival of our package. Had them on hold an went to the local police station. We were the fifth ones in our area to report the scam
