I'm not sure!!! They called me about joint pain that I have, type of insurance, my address. I am going to see a Rhumatoligist & Gastroenterologist, I just thought it was a call they make to confirm everything. Now I don't know what to think!!! I do not usually answer phone numbers I don't recognize but I am expecting a call from a dietician to make an appt. I do not trust easily and if I get con it really make me angry if I think I got the wool pulled over my eyes yet again!!!
I get atlease 10 calls a day from this number and I never called them and it is driving me crazy. I been running back and forth to hospital because on my daughter is in hospital and I asked them not to call and 5 minutes after I hang up on them I get another call grrrrr.
If my daughter wasn't in the hospital I would go-to them and speak to supervisor and ask them nicely not to call. The don't understand the defination of the term phone harrassment. Calling once is fine but they call multiple times.
In the last week, I've received numerous calls daily. They evidently have my full name ask for me. They indicate they are diabetic specialist, etc. I've asked them on numerous occasions to "Stop calling," and they immediately hang up. I just tried calling back that number 2x, and got a recording indicating that all their representatives are attending to their customers, and that I call back later. Quite honestly, I believe it's a scam, and may even be calling from India remotely, as the majority of them have Indian accents.
This caller offered sexual aid devices and told me she knew I had "problems in the sack" !!!! I thought that my medical records are private but it looks like someone sold them to some sleazy companies. Shame!
