a 'Windows' malfunction ????? No Windows systems here. Someone named "Jordon Mathers" hung up fast when i told him authorities know it's a criminal scam.

I had to laugh at the poor man, he started his nonsense about my computer and the errors it was sending out. Seriously, who is that stupid to believe these idiots?
