called 2-29-16, 11:19 a.m..  Rang 4-5 times before they hung up.   I called the number, after blocking  my number.  After 5 rings, a scratchy voicemail stated " this is John  (something), some insurance company in Cincinnati, then started in about a Medicare supplement, other types of insurance".   Never done business (or ever heard of this guy/agency) so this is a definite violation of DNC or just a plain ole scam call.
