This is a nuisance call announcing that:  "there is no problem with your credit card account"

Recording - Nothing wrong with credit card -

Scammer trying to say "nothing wrong with your credit card BUT we want to tell you are qualified for lower interest...blah, blah..."  I HAVE NO credit cards. Disabled Military Veteran here, unlisted and on DNC List. I hit the * key a few times then got someone whom sounded like they were FAR away, foreign accent, and told him the Attorney General would be notified and FTC if they call again. I hung up.  THEN a minute later get another call from 720-449-3647 with the person leaving obscene comments on answering machine...probably same ilk.

Did not answer.
Someone obviously has acquired a list of phone numbers tied to credit cards, judging by the above comments.
