She claimed I'd stayed at one of their resorts & qualified for a free / package vacation to Florida or the Bahamas. I've never stayed at any resort anywhere or any time. Had to shout over her to stop her trying to ask me personal questions. Told her to stop calling & hung up on her. She never answered what resort I supposedly stayed at.
