Caller ID lists West Chester. Did not leave a voicemail. I tried to call it back because I was waiting on a repairman to call, but the line did not ring. I Googled the number and it comes up AOL Moviephone. I did not know it was the 1990s.

A woman with Indian accent wanting to give us cheaper electric rates. The spoofed number is for a local movie ticket broker.
