These are telemarketers for an energy company. We are on the DO NOT CALL list. But they still call 10 times a day. When I asked to be taken off the list she hung up on me.
same; hang up. I suspect it's a check to see if there is a live person willing to answer the phone at a certain time slot. This is of value to the pond scum telemarketers. We are nothing more than someone from whom money is to be taken. Enjoy.
Number 513-828-0021 called. I answered to hear live voice "may I speak to person who is responsible for Duke Energy Bill." I screamed at person saying you are scam artist looking to con me out of money I am to receive from Duke Energy Class Action Suit. Caller replied "I don't know what you're talking about," I replied you sure has H*#) do, your a telemarketing trying to con me into an alternate source so my bill will be three times higher than Duke Energy, again she replied "sounds like you are having a bad day and I don't know what you're talking about." I kept yelling, "do you work for Duke Energy, Do you work for Duke Energy," caller hung up phone on me. This is second time I've received call. Also door to door peddler came two days ago saying he was coming to give me check from Duke Energy, I asked if he worked for Duke Energy, he didn't answer finally after third try he said I'm working under Duke Energy. Big scam going on around here because Duke Energy Customers are to receive some money in settlement of class action law suit, so scammers are trying to give you a little bit, when you sign for check you are also signing for switch to Alternate Energy Source.
