Who called from 5138315837

Calls everyday and hangs up upon answering. Tried calling back and ge busy tone.

This number harasses me like i would appreciate if it didnt call me at laye hours of the night or early morning like 3 am

This number calls at different times of the day.  I do not answer but I called back and let it ring 12 times until it hung up.  I live in Canada and can’t understand why someone would want to call long distance just to bug me.
I use to call this area code because I had a friend who lived there but I haven’t called that area code in a year and a half.
Very annoying.  Isn't there a law about harassing phone calls and the no call list?
