Who called from 5138470089

I get several calls a day from this number.  When I answer their is no one there.  When I try to call it, it says it is not a working number

Please stop calling my number.. Ridiculous

I get the calls as well and same thing when I try to call it back? Has anyone found out what this number is?

Just contant calls but nobody answers when you pick up your phone.

when calling back, you get an operator instead saying "this is a bad number."

Numerous calls and a text? Called back and disconnected?
