I work at a financial institution. After reading Greta's post, the message, "Your Direct Feedback", sounded familiar. I called the credit card company that we use and verified with them if the number 513-900-5280 was their Fraud Detection number. They verified that it WAS the correct number. You have to be careful when someone calls you over the phone. NEVER, NEVER give out your card number over the phone. They should already have that information and the expiration date. DO NOT ever give out your PIN number or the #'s off the back of your card. Also, if in doubt, call the ph # of the credit card company that is on the back of your card to verify if someone had called you.
I received a missed call from 513-900-5280 and they left no message. I tried to call back and no one ever picked up the phone but the automated system said "For English, press 1 or Para Espanol 2, thank you for calling Card Fraud Detection, this may be monitored for quality purposes, please hold for the next available representative. Your direct feedback is extremely important to us, would you help us by answering a few brief questions after your call, press 1 for yes and 2 for no.
Then it plays music and NO ONE ever picks up the phone.

I had the exact same experience as Greta mentioned. Only, I received the phone call right after my wallet had been stolen, and the person on the other end of the phone seemed like he was making up the interview by the seat of his pants.
Do not trust this number!
