I like that idea. Your idea should go a bit further, include any politicians of either party that accept any campaign $$$ aka bribes they get to look the other way.
Callback leads to "the number you have dialed is invalid". It's not coming from Canada, (could be from anywhere), and look at the weird digits of the number itself. Spoofed caller ID, obvious sign of scammers.
Look at the phone number. LOOK at it. WHY would you call it back? In North America NO prefix starts with a 0, or a 1. You can TELL the number is fake. WHY would you call it? This is why scams work because people just HAVE to call back. Own worst enemies.
Just received call. I didn't answer it because it said from Quebec Canada. Didn't leave a message and I blocked it now. Anytime you see numbers with a prefix of 001 or similar and an area code you don't recognize don't answer it. Once you do they keep calling you.
