This guy Mikael will come to you on the street asking to help him pay the taxi to get his keys from the inside of his car. Saying that every piece of info he owns is in that car, lended him 20$ to help, him, took his phone number, walked him to his car to check, showed him where I was working...he said he was gonna get back to me in an hours later, never heard from him again. He's gonna be really insistant, almost insulting you for not lending him any money
