This person is a con artist.  He called, addressing me as "Grandma."  He knew my husband's name.  I hung up on him and he immediately called back.  I didn't answer the second time.  He didn't leave a message.  I have heard about this type of scam, where someone calls an elderly person claiming to be their grandchild needing money.
