Who called from 5143047142

I am wondering if this is the same as 514-304-7132. They are a Microsoft scam saying your computer is infected.   I got 5 from the old number last week finally blocked it after checking the number

I talked with them and they said they were a 3rd party IT company contracted by Microsoft and HP.  They were receiving some error message from my computer and claimed to have my Windows license number.  They directed me to run the following "ixplore usa1.co.nf" from start menu of Windows.  This brought me to an internet address where I was going to accept their remote support.  I hung up - didn't seem legit.  Guess computer will live a few more days without this fix.  HA!

I am getting calls from the same number but no one is there when I answer. how can you block the number ?

Just got a call from this number. My computer is shut down. And it's a Mac! Beware!

514-304-7142   Scam.... Yup,  said I was infected,  I asked which computer?  He said what? I said I have 8.  He hung up.
