Must be a new spammer.  From Quebec, no less.  Left no message.

Definitely a new scam caller.  Called me again today--did not even leave a message, so you know they're up to no good.

They called and told me they were from Windows and my computer had issues.

This is a SCAM!  Phone number obviously from Canada stating they're in Florida.  They are contacting you to tell you that you have a problem with your Windows program on your computer and are going to try and talk you into fixing it.  Actually they are "hacking" into and taking control of your computer with your help--DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION HANG UP!

Call hang up at 253 pm PST.  Long time for it to hang up when it thought it was disconnecting when voice machine came on.  How delightful -- another new number.  Sigh.
