I received several text messages, back to back, from various email addresses that all asked me to call this phone number in regards to my health insurance, even though the name of "Fifth Third Bank" was in the text. I have never heard of this bank, and my health insurance has a 423 area code.

Just like Jeremy - this came as a text message. Seems like phishing to me...
Here is the exact text message I recieved:
I also got the same text and I called it. It told me to press 1 if I wanted to reactivate my card or press 2 to be let go. I just pressed 2. Don't understand how they got my number or anything...now I'm worried. What if even if I pressed 2 and they hung up, that it still might have activated something that is mine? Ugh.
