Got two incoming calls from this number around 7 p.m. Jan. 22, 2012. Can't call it back. Get a too-fast busy signal. Any idea who/what this is?

Music plays in the background. *69 gave me the number, but I didn't call them. I'll wait to see if they call again. Then I'll make my move.

I got a call from this number and they haven left a message. Then five mounts after i pick up and they hang up.

this is phone games,   darn!

I think this is an NDP mass caller. they should learn to leave a message which is possible even  with mass autocalls
