The phone number is associated with a scam.  Will tell you they have approved you for a loan and its a scam.  He will tell you that the FTC is invloved, so they can help you get your credit score up.  So be very careful with this number and 818-813-6643, he is a scam artist.  Ive reported them to FTC, Cash Net Usa, and local authorities.
