Robo-call behaviour : after I answered, there was no sound for about 15 seconds, then they hung up.
Reverse look-up on the number revealed Publi-Sac, 529, boul Lebeau, Saint-Laurent, QC H4N 1S2.
Their web site — http://www.publisac.com/ — suggests that the call might have been for a survey.
Just call a call from 514 337 6920. Woman identified herself as representing Publi-Sac. I asked her whether we had done business before, to which she seemed confused. I then told her I an on the Do Not Call List. She hung up abruptly.
Called my home number and firstly asked how I was. Male, never introduced himself. Asked if I received Publi-Sac at my address on the street that I live on. I asked him what made him so sure that I lived on that street to begin with. His tone of voice immediately became annoyed and asked me bluntly "You don't know if you received Publi-Sac at your address on [...] street, sir?". To which I answered: "If you're not going to at least introduce yourself and what company you represent you can go %$#@ youself, I do not live on the street you mentionned and I am on the do not call list. Remove my number and never, ever call here again." And I hung up. The person on the phone was very, very rude.
