This guy Andrew Berstein is such a nuisance!  He is from PCM (formerly PC Mall) constantly calls our executive lines.  Once he hears an admin answer he hangs up.  First of all, doesn't he know he needs to contact the Chief of IT.  Execs can't be bothered with those kind of calls.  When you call him back he picks up the phone and hangs up.  Really?  So childish of him.. Doesn't he know we have caller id!  He has a weird way of doing business.
