My cell phone keeps ringing every 5 to 10 minutes

My residential number keeps ringing every 5 minutes and it's a fax. I called the number, dialed 0 and the receptionist took down my number and said the problem would be fixed in about an hour. Seems to have stopped now.

This number is Natoinal Banks online banking. May call if you applied for internet banking service.

They called my Business, I informed them never to call my number again. Then they called my house, I said never call this number again either. Then they called back, I told him I had no business with them, I wasn't interested in doing business with them and to never call me again. 3 calls today to my business number and 2 to my house number. If they are a legitimate business, why is their outgoing name "Unknown" on my call display.
