The phone rings many times a day. When we pick up we can hear a bip every 5 seconds or so.

repeated beeps ringing when answering.
Calls come during night or early morning.

I too get many phone calls from this number and I am unable to use the phone for about ten minutes after.  I'll pick up the receiver and the beeps are still there.  Who is that so I can tell them to leave our phone number alone?
