If it is a legitimate caller, they will leave a voice mail message which you can decide to respond to ---or not --- on your own schedule. Please do NOT feed the telemarketing/surveying trolls by answering calls you do not recognize. It only encourages them to keep thinking that this kind of contact is somehow a good idea.
Phoned and hear background sounds like a noisy call center but no one responded. It's a Montreal exchange...no one I know is in that area. Most probably telemarketers with a [***] call system.
