Got 2 calls from them because i didnt answer. Left a voicemail, it was Hydro-quebec automated message to let me know they are doing scheduled maintenance in my area.
My parents live in the Montreal area, and I now live in the US. I got a call from this number, and the message was from my mother. She was trying a "10-10-170" phone number to get cheaper rates for long distance. HTH!
