Who called from 5145857402

This is a scammer that sends you a fake cheque and then asks you to deposit it in your bank and then wire transfer most of the money back to their accomplices.

How do you know this, I have heard of this from a company called Ash City Worldwide. Please tell me what you know about this

I just received one of these checks in the mail...obviously a scam..but what would happen if you deposited the check and then didn't send them the money?  I'm not doing that judt wondered.

The check will bounce so you'll be out the money that you sent.
