My mom rec'd a call saying her grandson is in Haitian jail and this was the number to call the jail back...it is a cell phone from Montreal.  They wanted lots of cash and told her he was going to kill himself if his dad was called.  Though obviously a prank, this number was answered as HAITIAN POLICE STATION.  FBI & others notified.
