Several calls in the last few days were non-calls -- i.e. silent when I answered. Last night when I picked up loud music came on for a few moments and then, silence. Today a woman with a hard-to-place accent asked for my husband and said she was calling to offer binary options. I had no interest in pursuing this (the whole set-up screamed SCAM), but was curious.
