This number has called my cell a couple of times now; I have voicemail but they never leave a message.  No name appears on the call display.  All I can determine through various search places is that the caller/company/telemarketer is from one of Montreal Island, Île Perrot, and Île Bizard in the province of Quebec.  
I don't know anyone who is currently living in Quebec, so I haven't answered it.
