Vidéotron vont essayer de voir ce qu'il peuvent faire (reverser la facturation, bloquer le numéro...). Ça vient de On line Business Solution via Voxtel (514 764-7739 - pas de ré.ponse lorsqu'on tente de joindre ce numéro); Chez On line Business Solution personne ne parle français là-bas, n'ont pas réussi à me dire la nature de l'appel et m'ont demandé d'envoyer un fax à 1 800 434-2198 pour vérifier la communication facturée. À suivre... Tant que ça ne se reproduit pas.
We have a phone charge for $44.95 on our telus bill and when you call 514-764-7739 it is french. Do not have a clue what they are saying and then they hang up? Talking with telus they are not any smarter and give you no assistance and could care a less......After wasting three calls to telus and getting angry they decided it was in their best interest to reverse the charges and pursue where the charges came from!! We will wait and see what next month brings!!! Make sure that you get a confirmation number from telus so that you have a reference number for the credit applied to your bill!! GOOD LUCK
Hey Michelle i had the same thing happen to me, it is a telamarketing service selling you on a product for online marketing, i have this horrible habit when im in a good mood to let these guys try and sell me on something, as soon as i found out i would be charged i refused the service but they still charged me for it. i am currently waiting on hold to talk to them to get these charges reversed, [***] there number for future reference is 1-877-407-3353
We also recieved a charge from this phone # for $44.95... and did not agree to any service, some sort of scam and bell aliant will not reverse the charge
