This number is from CNW Group in Toronto. They have a fax machine with 100 numbers that calls random people at any given time during the day. They've been calling my mom for months now. We finally got a contact number for them: 1-416-863-9350 call them and complain until they take you off their lists
I received several faxes from this number at 6 am waking everyone up. We of course don't own a fax machine. I called the CNW Group as someone said above and she said she look into if the fax machine was their's in Montreal.
I hope this works to get it stopped.
