Who called from 5149401600

I receive a call from a young girl....there is some bad noise on the phone line and sounds like if somebody record me...I hear echo of my voice.... Really strange call...

Got a call from that number too but didn't get a chance to answer. Did not recognize the number from anywhere.

I have been getting a lot of calls from 1-866 number from Fido so I assume it could be the same thing for this number.

514-940-1599 nobody answer
but received a lot of phone from this number
