second time for this number I have not answered either time

Three phone calls.  Didn't answer the first time.  Did answer the second and third time, no response from the caller either time.  Won't answer again.

Calls from this number almost ever day.  they do not leave a message, and when I have answered they don't speak.  Looking up the number, it says "Level 3 Communications" in Algona. IA.  If they keep it up, I will start calling them at all hours of the day.

I called them back and got a message asking to "press 1 to be added to the Do Not Call Registry"...
