Have received three calls from a Lesli sellers claiming a pending case.   Yet another scam.

Received a call saying there is a claim against me regarding a payday loan and they have sent mail and came back. Her name was Kate. I told her I would forward this to my attorney. And she said they were going to take further action. I asked her to send me copies of everything. She said they already did. She answered it by her name instead of company. Interesting! I hung up.

I received a call by a lady named Kate.

This same "person named Kate" said the same things to me...file a claim against and a check fraud

Really I got a female and her "name" is Kat Hall
