I get the call from this number once a week for the last 4 weeks. This last time she changed her message saying if I don't respond she is noting down that I am waiving my rights to council.
This Loraine Adams called me as well on Friday of last week. But, when I called back I got an answer and this person stated they are going to file criminal charges against for a lone that took out between 2008 and 2011. However, I didn't get payday loan from none of those places she mention.
I get these calls all of the time. First rule of thumb, if you don't know the number calling, don't answer and never call back. If there was ever an actual case against you, you would be getting notification thru the u s mail that would give you a certain # of days in which to respond.
