The message I got on my cell phone was a lady named Carolyn Peterson called and said that I had a case pending and that it needed to be resolved and if I didn't speak with her as soon as possible they would note that I waive my right to legal representation and they would send it off to their lawyers. She works for a law firm called Hunter and Knight mediation services.
The number they called me from was 1-515-200-7984.
When I answered the phone I spoke to a lady named Kate Hall she left me with my case number which was 201-792-8109
Kate left me her a call back number and extension 515 200 7233 extension 404
Well that "case number" is not a case number, but a phone number. The "you give up your right" is common among extortionists such as this trying to scare you into paying them. Thankfully, the law clearly states what they must and must not do. Everything they told you was on the "not do" list.
