Recieved a call saying we want to make sure your recieving your magazine subscriptions. i said i don't have a subsription from yall. she said well i see that you've been making your payments on time. i said how is that? She said through your bank account. i said what bank account. she said i don't have that info. in front of me. i said well i haven't given you my account number and how do you know my name and number. she could not answer so i asked for a supervisor she said their all busy so i told her to have one call me. no one did so i called them the guy answered the phone calling me by my real name i told him what my problem is and ended up in a big argument. called my bank they said there has not been any money taken by that company. thank god. but still thinking i might call police and report them. they were fishing for my bank info. this company called themselves "r.c.h.o." i looked them up. no info found so i looked up number and found this page. be careful of this scam

I found that this is a magazine company. I never signed up for magazines, in fact I dont have time to read and if I did I would read a book. I asked how they got my number seeing that I am on the National do not call list and the rep hung up. I called them back and talked to the same guy who gave me the worst CSR attitude and said he would remove my number but didnt ask that. I simply asked if magazines we subscribed to ensure I didnt have a fraud issue and they hung up! At this point my nice guy mood was gone. I called that sumbitch back and talked to another person and he was even worse! I asked do I have any subscriptions and if so is there a CC on file. He kept suggesting that he can remove my number obviously not answering my question and with a rude and overtalking attitude. When I asked to talk to the manager he screams "I am the manager!!". At this point I let him know that I was a fraud lawyer investigating Rob (me) and looking into their company. At this point he calmed down and explained that they are just trying to sell magazines. Sad that i had to lie and scare him to calm the hell down and tell me about this [***]. Hope this helps yall.
