It was a robo call from a woman identifying herself as Joni Earnst. I didn't listen any further because I wasn't interested in whatever she was selling. Since I am on Do Not Call, this woman must be put in prison. The caller ID said "Des Moines IA"

Um ... probably a political call.  Joni Ernst is the junior United States Senator from Iowa.
Political calls are exempt from DNC restrictions.
