I received a call from this number and was told that his name is Officer John Smith from IRS. He left a message stating that I have a lawsuit and I need to pay fine. If not responded to his voicemail, he will take legal action.

This is a scam! He did not sound like John Smith (accent) and I have heard other people receiving these calls as well. Do not respond to these calls!
