515-218-2785 rang once on my cell and hung up. I ran a search on the number - nothing came up. Then I did a *67 call back to it, blocking my number. I got a fast-busy tone, which is the same as a disconnected tone.

That is direct proof this is a criminal scammer phishing gang. They hope you will call the number back and then turn around and sell your number to other scammers that will bombard you with all sorts of criminal scams.
