Legitimate calls leave a message. Scammer calls never do leave a message, and if they do, it is a dead give away. Life would be miserable without an answering machine to help filter all this crap. Plus thanks to 800 notes. On a related matter, I read where this state of affairs, also hinders accurate political polling for our national election - - polling results are no longer accurate because of the damage being done by business scam calls.
Receive a call or two from this number everyday for the last week or two. After looking up on the internet and finding it is a robo caller. I just pick up the receiver and hang up on them now. Work for the County and can't block the annoying calls.
