These sort of violations are far too common, even in light of the fairly recent "do not call" legislation. Fortunately, there is a mechanism in place to make these calls stop and to punish the violator. If you have not already done so, the first step is to confirm that your numbers (home and cell phones) are on the registry. You can verify that your number is on the registry two ways: online at DONOTCALL.GOV (click on "Verify A Registration"), or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you wish to verify.
Beyond that, for an ongoing violation like this the federal government will investigate and has the authority to take correction action against this business. You will need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) by contacting them online or by phone (same contact information as above). One caveat is that your number has to have been on the registry for at least 31 days. The FTC will ask you to provide the date of the latest call and the phone number or name of the company that called you. You can also file an online complaint here.
Should all of this fail, there is a fairly unknown federal law (the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, 47 USC § 227), whereby you can actually sue in Court to recover monetary damages. In the event of a violation of the TCPA, individuals are entitled to collect damages directly from a solicitor for $500 to $1,500 for each violation, or recover actual monetary loss, whichever is higher. There are a number of exclusions and limitations, however, so you would need to confer with legal counsel. The good news is that if a consumer advocate attorney accepts your case pursuant to the usual fee arrangements, there would be no upfront charges to you.
