They called me saying i have received 3 government grants and I told them that's a lie & that's why i cannot return a call.(If you try to call the number back, it says the number has been disconnected.) He had an accent like he was from India or Pakistan. Overseas anyways. He said oh you calling the cops, see how far that gets you. I said i know you think your slick and he hung up.

called 4 times in one hour

Have told them 3 times to stop calling.

Callers are located in India and Pakistan.  There's nothing the US can do and the local
authorities do little.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not
recognize.
