Who called from 5152461754

I never answer but they called on a sunday which is very odd too me.  When I call back it doesn't ring and hangs up about 15 seconds into the call.

I get this annoying call also, have no idea who it is, says customer service, I never call it back either. Anyone have any idea who this is?

This number calls me 4 times a day and leaves no message.  I tried calling back and get a long pause followed by the busy signal.  Also, i have a cell phone, no idea how they got my number.

Got an answer from the number.  The guy said he was from mediacom and offered Family cable for 14$

I have gotten a call from this number two times now.  I answer the call and no ones talks or answers, they hang up soon afterwards.  I also have a cell phone.
