I know I sound like a broken record on this site but I NEVER answer unknown numbers. I call it back from work land line and it's always the same - there is a robo-answer recording with NO identification just saying 'press 1 to be removed.' That spells SCAM to me and the number gets blocked. End of story on that one but there will be others and the process repeats itself.
