I just recieved a call from "Cindy" saying that my fiance and and I were selected out of the area to win a free bridal package. She said that there was 20 couples all together, and that they were going to be presenting our gift to us on Sunday, 2days away! My fiance is out of town on business and i asked if i was able to bring somebody else to sit in for him and she said no, that it was for the bride and groom only! I was shocked! But looking at other posts, i definitely wont be going to the Pheonix inn in Olympia! They claimed to be from the company "Dinner for 2" Brides beware, I heard this was a scam.
This is a bridal registry like kfmt said...they never leave messages... If you're a bride to be and gave your number out at a bridal fair or two, or online, you can bet you'll get a call from them and others.
They called on a Sunday with an invite the very next day at a private bridal fair at Comfor Inns, the rep talked so fast I had no idea what she was saying. Not to mention calling on a Sunday night at 5:45pm. I also thought solicitations couldn't be on Sundays, but this may not fall in that category. Any other bridal fair I have heard of was on the week-end and you saw some sort of a flyer.
