received call from this number to my mobile number. my caller ID said "Iowa".
caller told me I was a winner of publisher's clearing house...that I won 3rd prize and a bonus.
English was not good for this caller. kept saying "ok" at end of each sentence.
When I asked, "how did I win?". He said, my name was entered every time I shopped at a pharmacy, gas station, grocery store or used my credit card.
Told me his name was "Mr. John Goldman".
Said I had to call his main office and ask for "Mr. David".

I had heard about the Jamaican scam and looked up this number. area code 876 was frequently connected to the Jamaican scam.
He kept trying to get me to accept a delivery from UPS. Asked me if I still lived at _____...which was an old address and several years ago.
