Caller ID Allegedly Reads: Wells Fargo. I say allegedly because if it is Wells Fargo, why do they not leave a message or speak?
They call all hours and NEVER leave a message. Called a few minutes ago, I said hello. Guess he/she/it was very confused as he/she/it said nothing and hung up. No doubt a SCUMBAG. Death to the SCUMBAGS!
as i like to call them "515" keeps calling me non stop they are looking for a NANCY MARTINEZ.. i got a new phone and they gave me a new number.. well.. lovely ms. nancy martinez left me with a headache! they speak in spanish, which is bad because i speak english and can not even explain to them that they have the wrong person! this is just rediculous!!!!!!!

wells fargo is by far the worst financial institution i have ever had to work with. my mortgage was switched to them about 3 years ago and they screwed up the very first pymt i made to them. when i called to find out what was wrong they blamed me for sending my pymt thru the mail, which i have done for over 15 years with no problems before. they also said that the mortgage statement they send is just a "courtesy" from them and that it is MY problem if they made a mistake. the man i talked to was the rudest i have ever dealt with. now i am constantly getting these calls from several wells fargo numbers. some never come on the line. others are in a foreign language! they say i have a mastercard which i have never had in my life. they also want to give me a credit card or a loan which i do not want. i dont think wells fargo has any idea what any of their seperate departments are doing! what a way to run a business...
Keeps calling work phone. When I answer, they hang up on me. They spoke with me once asking for my co-worker. When I told them that she was not availiable at that moment, they hung up. Now, whenever I answer the phone, they hang up on me. (I say my name in the greeting.) I called and spoke with someone and he was rude stating that they had to keep calling this number and they had to speak with my co-worker. I told them that I am just requesting that they quit hanging up on me. This guy kept saying it was between my co-worker and them. I would say yes, but when I get hourly phone calls that hang up on me, it is then my business. Very rude, and kept trying to get my co-workers information out of me.
