Wells Fargo keeps calling my office saying that I am late with my payment and requesting me to send the payment + the late fee. I told them they will receive the payment within the next days. Yet, they continue to embarrass me.

This is in violation of fair dept collection act.
Tell them to cease & desit phone calls and to only correspond in writing.  Get their address and send a certified letter stating no phone calls.  Keep a log of all phone calls thereafter.  I have a really good attorney who can help you.  It cost me nothing out of pocket and I recedived a cash settlement.

It's so bizarre.
We recently paid off 2 loans with WF Financial & one card just recently increased our credit limit by a couple of thousand dollars.
We don't use the accounts.We bought some appliances for our Granddaughter through Standard TV which uses WF to finance & just got a notice that we missed a payment even though we had a 12 months before we we're to make payments! We're going to make a followup call Monday.
Now here it is SUNDAY morning at 9:53 am and we get a collection call
(which we missed) Don't these people have something better to do than harrass good customers??

I have been getting several phone calls a day from this number.  when I answer, I just hear a loud buzzing sound.  I finally called the number back yesterday and got a recording asking me to stay on the line and a represtentative would assist me shortly.  However, they did not identify the company name.  The last two times I answered this number they asked for a name which I did not recogninze.  I told them they had the wrong number.  Today when I told them they had the wrong number they asked who I was, and when I told them I didn't feel like giving out that information they became very rude with me and said they didn't feel like believing me!  I just hung up on them.

I hate them! they keep calling me and telling me i'm late on my payments and i don't get my bill like 2wks later..how the hell i'm i supposed to know it's late if i don't get a bill in the mail? they have my current address and all. I feel harrased by wells fargo and i have just had it with this people! even after i make payments on time they have the audicity to call me without double checking there freaking records! i will never ever purchase anything that is finnaced by Wells Fargo! their bank sucks too!
