This number won't stop calling me. I've never answered and they never leave a message. If it is Verizon like the other person said, I've never done any type of business with Verizon.
Got about 6 calls from this number in one day. They DID leave a nasty voicemail indicating they were a debt collector - and from the previous posts, I gather (since I also got something in the mail on the same issue) they are trying to collect an ETF for Verizon Wireless. It is noteworthy that the debt is only about 30 days old - not even given a chance to pay. However - since they have anticipated this - I will DEFINATELY fulfill their prophesy. I think ETFs stink - especially since I did not allow my phone bill to add up - I simply told them I could no longer afford the service - and this is what I get. I did NOT go to another carrier - I just could not afford VZW. I have a little TracFone .. that I can afford.
I actually worked for them for about 4 years .. heard so many complaints about their collection procedures. Now I know!
I get several calls from this number a day starting at 9am and continuing until 11 pm when I'm in bed. They NEVER leave a message. You thing that if they were a bill collector they would.
First call just came in, and then another.. Phone comes up CBE Group. I don't answer these calls!!!! Odds are its a Debt Collector hiding their real name/number.
